Preparing for and gaining an ICF accreditation

Who is it for?

Coaches working towards anICF accreditation.

What for?

• Developing mastery of the core coaching competencies as defined by theICF for each level of accreditation.
• Refining your coaching skills in other areas of your choosing (for example: sharpening your niche, refining how you go to market, developing specific skills in a particular field of coaching, and so on).

What is ICF certification ?

Your ICF certification is the recognition of your skills by an international body known for its leadership in defining and promoting the standards of coaching practice.

What we offer

• ONE-TO-ONE MENTORING

  A tailored approach, with a great deal of flexibility.

  For example:

  • The mentee records a session with their own clients. Their mentor coach gives feedback on their mastery of the ICF competencies.
  • The mentor coach sits in on one of the mentee’s coaching sessions with a client, and gives feedback afterwards.
  • The mentor coach sets one or more written case studies, frames the questions, and then gives feedback on the answers.
  • Didactic supervision on the ICF competencies
  • Support in preparing the application
  • Listening to the recordings intended for the ICF

  
  10 hours of one-to-one mentoring

  Listening and feedback by the mentor on 3 session recordings

  Fee: €3,000 excl. tax

• GROUP MENTORING

  A group of 3 (min) to 9 (max) people.

  Cohort no. 13 — starting January 2025 (registration open)
  

  • The mentee coaches another member of the group, and their mentor coach gives feedback on their mastery of the ICF competencies.

  • Didactic supervision on the ICF competencies

  • Support in preparing the application

  • Listening to the recordings intended for the ICF

  
  With the mentor coach:

  7 webinars of 2 hours, every 3 to 4 weeks, with individual preparation, including 7 Labs during the webinars

  3 hours of one-to-one mentoring for each member of the group

  Between mentees:

  3 working sessions in threes, of 1h30, alternating with the webinars
  +
  Listening and feedback by another mentee on 3 session recordings

  Fee: €2,200 excl. tax per person

• BESPOKE MENTORING

  Mentoring tailored to what you need for the ICF

  • For one-off requests: help with the application, advice on the process, and so on • €275/hour excl. tax

  Packages per recording:

  • Package for one 30-minute recording: listening and analysis + a 45-minute session to unpick it • €450 excl. tax
  • Package for one 1-hour recording: listening and analysis + a 1-hour session together to unpick it • €550 excl. tax
