The energies of Oxygen Coaching
The team is built arounda core of professional coaches with deep experience.
Depending on what our clients need, and by combining each person’s energy, singularity, skills and style, we build a bespoke team for every assignment.
What goes without saying
- We are all certified, supervised, and bound by the coaching codes of conduct (ICF, EMCC).
- We all have substantial experience at general management level.
- We can work in several languages, in France, abroad and remotely.
- We also share the quality of our training and our practice, along with a wide diversity of academic backgrounds, professional experience and styles.
- We all have more than 15 years of experience in professional coaching.
- Most of us are also coach supervisors and teach in coaching schools in France and abroad.
- We love what we do.
Our style
- We believe it is possible to reconcile respect for people with performance.
- Our clients’ interest comes before our own — which does not mean saying yes to everything they ask. We are demanding of ourselves and of our clients.
- We act professionally. We respect corporate and local cultures, as long as doing so does not compromise our integrity.
- We keep everything we are told confidential.
- We say what we think, whatever it is. We have the courage to attempt things that are out of the ordinary.
- We design arrangements that are sound for our clients’ budgets.
- We work as a team, among ourselves and with our clients. We model interdependence.
- We are a team of individuals free to say and do what seems right for our clients. We are proud of our independence.
- We subscribe to and respect our profession’s codes of ethics and conduct.
- These codes set out ethical bearings that reflect what is specific about coaching as a way of supporting a person through their working life. They are, in other words, the expression of an ethical stance.
- We are committed to the professionalisation of our craft.
- We are free, independent and passionate.
