Our style
What we believe
“In the beginning is the relationship.” Gaston Bachelard
We also believe that the growth of a person, and of healthy collective dynamics, is fundamentally tied to the experience of relationship, and requires taking others into account.
Our approach is therefore systemic above all.
We believe the real work is to transform the interactions between people, so that they become more respectful of each person, and open up new room for manoeuvre to explore.
We also believe the impact of our work must be measurable in tangible terms.
So we track the results of every assignment closely. A debrief is held with the client, so that they can gauge not only the quality of what was achieved for the people involved, but also the measurable benefits for the organisation.

Our ambition
Coaching is our core business. Our mission is to grow the performance of your leaders and your teams, anywhere in the world. We are known for our ability to run complex, large-scale programmes across the globe.
We design many kinds of coaching-led work, supporting individuals, groups, teams and whole organisations.
Our many clients and partners value our exacting standards, our ethics, our international reach, our ability to run large-scale projects, and our focus on results.
How we work
Supporting clients through complex assignments means renewing your practice constantly. We follow the research on new forms of leadership, and on technological, social and economic currents, and bring it into our work. We invest a great deal of time in developing what we know, so that we can offer our clients a genuinely distinctive perspective.
Drawing on the latest thinking in the helping professions, we build bespoke programmes to support our clients in developing individual and collective performance. Depending on what the client needs, we take the stance of coach, consultant, trainer or expert.
We favour assignments led by a pair of coaches, one man and one woman — a set-up that makes for work that is both brief and powerful.
We are recognised as highly innovative in our coaching practice, and in the range of what we do one to one and in groups (team support, bespoke seminars).
Code of conduct
Oxygen Coaching subscribes to the ICF code of ethics, as well as to the and to the EMCC’s.
These codes set out ethical bearings that reflect what is specific about coaching as a way of supporting a person through their working life.
They are, in other words, the expression of an ethical stance.
These points are set down in a written agreement with the coachee, covering at least:
- A restatement of the codes of conduct
- The frequency, length and place of the coaching sessions
- The coach’s fees
It is drawn up individually between coach and coachee at the first session.
Let’s find the right format.
A need for coaching, supervision or simply clarity? Let’s talk plainly about the context, the stakes and the best way forward.
